Accessibility

At Imanadari, we believe that quality mental health care is something that should be accessible to all people.

The main entry to our premises contains some steps in the foyer and hallway. While there is a separate wheelchair accessible entry for wheelchair users and people with mobility needs (please see image below), the incline is quite steep and this may not be suitable for all wheelchair users.

As indicated in the image above, there is visitor parking that can be utilised for wheelchair users but access to parking must be organised with the building manager prior to your appointment.

The building manager can also organise for a ramp to be placed at the main entrance to the premises, however this needs to be booked with him in advance for each appointment.

You are welcome to contact the building manager directly about either parking or ramp access, or you can liaise with our team to organise this for you. For your first appointment, it would be best to organise this through reception by emailing reception@imanadari.com or calling (02) 8315 7723. For subsequent appointments, this can be arranged with either reception or your therapist.
